Victoria Ngwenya is the Founder & CEO of Healthnic and a Certified Occupational Health & Safety Specialist with hands-on experience across construction, infrastructure, industrial and public-sector environments.
She founded Healthnic with a simple belief: SHEQ compliance should not be a box-ticking exercise. It should give businesses the systems, credibility and confidence to operate safely and compete for bigger opportunities.
Today, Victoria leads Healthnic's consulting, compliance and training services, helping organisations build practical SHEQ systems that work on paper, on site and under scrutiny.
